®Vitaminberry.com delivers to most locations within the geographical boundary of India. Currently we do not service international orders.

Delivery Charges – Free

Shipping is free at  ®Vitaminberry.com for purchases above Rs. 1000, irrespective of the goods weight, volume, fragility, value or location. Flat Rs. 100 will be charged for purchases below Rs. 1000. You can also opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) option.

Shipping Time

®Vitaminberry.com ships the goods within 1–2 days of the purchase. Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/AWB numbers is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Also, any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update Email/SMS/Phone call.

Shipment Process

®Vitaminberry.com dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to the various order or products sold on Vitaminberry.com. You can track Your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

®Vitaminberry.com provides Cash On Delivery option only for the orders which amount to less than Rs25,000/-. COD is provided free of charge. Pay ONLY CASH to the delivery boy. When someone fails to accept the COD parcel,  ®Vitaminberry.com reserves the right to discontinue the option of COD for that particular account.

Delivery Issues

Unforeseen situations may arise during delivery despite the highest level of care taken by us and efforts put in by our shipping/courier partners. ®Vitaminberry.com promises to resolve Your problems at the earliest to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for You.

Order Tracking

An email with Your shipping and order information will be sent to You after Your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track Your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If You are unable to track any information regarding Your package/parcel, please send us an email at support@vitaminberry.com or call us at our customer care numbers.

Broken/Damaged Parcel

All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If You receive Your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at support@vitaminberry.com or call us at  9741156668 stating Your refusal within 3 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of the purchase by sending an order cancellation email to support@vitaminberry.com. ®Vitaminberry.com will notify the customer on order cancellation status by sending an email to their registered e-mail ID with  ®Vitaminberry.com.
